The Keeper and his TARDIS

His Oc's Keeper and his Tardis Red (the white mare)

The Keeper, a Time-Charger (pony-verse Time-Lords) who battled in the first Time-War. He travels throughout space and time without proper reason, though when he started it was to pursue peace, though that ideal quickly deteriorated. He now moves through time, exploring, fighting, and doing general Timey-Wimey things for the simple reason of, he can. The Keeper is around two hundred years old, he has traveled for a considerable amount given the time he's existed.
His travels have brought him to amazing places, with amazing people. However, a constant for him, has, and always seems to be loss. His true companion, besides his Tardis. A type 45. His tardis. The Red police barn wasn't his choice, and at first he intended to fix the chameleon curcuit to make it something else, however, after encountering a certain time traveling Physician he decided to keep it. If only to annoy his fellow Time-Traveler.
The Keeper also wears a feather, which belonged to someone who is lost to him. A life he wanted, but never got. He wears it as a reminder that, for a little while at least, he had something more real than all of time itself.

Red is...complicated. She has traveled with The Keeper longer than anyone else, though even he was hesitant to consider her a companion. She was more of a motherly figure to him, and even now he views her more in that light, than any others.
Red has traveled through the vastness of time, even before she met The Keeper. When they met for the first time, she had almost no interest in him, however, after watching him struggle, and try to the best of his abilities for the betterment of others, time, and time again, she decided maybe he wasn't all bad.
